D APARTMENTSYLHET
Corner kitchen with white doors, a gold rail, and a dark granite worktop under a marble wall.

Residences · Sylhet

Apartments to let.

Homes that have just been built and fitted. Stone underfoot, a kitchen already in, and coving on the ceiling if you want it before you move.

Three gold-lined drawers between white cabinet doors, above a marble floor.
Upper kitchen cabinets with gold frames, above a marble-clad wall.

Current building, still being finished. The upper run shows the gold frame and marble wall before the ceiling is closed.

Floors and walls

Large-format marble with a dark vein, laid across the floor and carried up the splash. The stone is the finish, not a temporary covering while the building dries out.

Kitchens

White lacquered doors and drawer fronts. A brass-gold metal line frames each door and forms the drawer pulls. Worktops are dark granite. The corner runs turn the same detail around the room.

Ceilings

Coving is part of the offer, not an afterthought from a shop catalogue. A medallion, a cornice, and the corner scrolls can be specified for the flat you are taking, or commissioned on their own.
